KnowFirst Go To Market Strategy

KnowFirst is an Australian first SAAS platform, allowing users to gather business information in one centralised platform, helping drive leads and market intelligence.

As the first of its kind in Australia, but with multiple global competitors, key messaging and product offering was important to establish. Additionally, all creative documentation and direction was needed to form a consistent brand within the market.

Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.

What we did

To achieve our goal of establishing an Australian specific brand offering, we initially focused on:

  • Establishing the brand and creative direction to ensure consistency across all marketing platforms.

  • Creating key messages to align with each target market, as well as building collateral to support the Leadership and Sales Team.

  • Developing the product offering further, in line with industry feedback.

  • Launch paid marketing techniques (Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads) as part of the go to market strategy.

This approach helped us approach high performing business—minded professionals we needed to, generating leads and subscribers.

What we achieved

Strategy

The go to market strategy was developed and implemented, obtaining more than 2000 software subscribers and a ROAS of 182% in the first 6 months.

This was done by implementing organic and paid campaigns, including:

  • Google Ads

  • Meta Ads

  • LinkedIn Ads

Brand Development and Creative Services

Alongside the go to market strategy, the overall brand strategy also required to be developed. This was done through by completing a competitor analysis, target market research and a/b campaign creation.

Creatives were also created for the brand, including a full website, graphics, marketing material, and email campaigns.

Content Marketing

To help drive digital market efforts and social media campaigns, content marketing was imperative. Content specific to the target markets was created, which included email campaigns, blog articles, and sales documentation. Organic content marketing helped achieve:

  • An increase in google rankings for high converting key words

  • Reduction in conversion time from lead to subscriber, through educational email campaigns and sales workflows.
